The position:
Operations Intern | Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a proactive team member to help with the day-to-day operations that keep Tini Express running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations, and boosting our presence on social media.
No prior experience is required. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work. If that sounds like you, you’re who we’re looking for!
Responsibilities:
Generating invoices
Labelling of orders & facilitating order hand-overs to customers
Taking phone calls and educating potential customers on how Tini Express operates
Making online purchases
Updating customers on the status of their orders
Engage with customers on our social media platforms
Create and schedule content for our social media pages
Maintain active and consistent posting across platforms
Communicating with our courier partner
Following up with online stores/suppliers regarding order statuses and disputes
