FAQs
Can I order from stores that aren’t in the Quick Shop?
Yes, you can order from any store that offers delivery within South Africa. Fill out the order form and we’ll sort you out!
Can I order from stores based outside of South Africa?
Of course you can! However, when ordering from stores based outside South Africa (i.e. SHEIN, Temu, Ali Express, etc.) one should expect to pay additional customs charges for the item’s entry into South Africa (typically a % of the total cost).
After I place an order, how long will it take?
Delivery time varies from store to store, however, our customers can expect to receive their orders within 1 week of their items arriving at our warehouse in Johannesburg 🚚. We courier our customers’ orders into the country once a week - typically on weekends. This means that if your order arrives at our warehouse by Friday, you will likely receive it at the beginning of the following week.
How long does order confirmation take?
We aim to respond with the confirmation emails within 30 minutes of receiving your submitted order form (during business hours, of course).
I have a question that is not listed in the FAQ
No worries, contact info@tini-express.com and we will do our best to answer your request in a timely manner.
Where are collections made?
Once ready for collection, our customers can make their way to our office in Ezulwini to receive their orders. Here’s where to find us: Office 5A Valley View Center, Tea Rd, Ezulwini H106, Eswatini
Do you do home/office deliveries?
For smaller parcels, we only allow collections from our office. However, if an order is large enough, e.g. a couch, we will gladly deliver it to the address of your choice anywhere along the Mbabane-Manzini corridor.
What is the documentation fee and when does it come into effect?
The documentation fee is how much our clearing agents charge us to have orders declared at the border using their original invoices.
For orders from non VAT registered sellers: If your order costs more than E2499, you are required to pay a documentation fee to make up for some of the import taxes associated with your order.
For orders from VAT registered sellers: To import your order such that you do not incur additional taxes, the documentation fee enables us to obtain a tax invoice from the seller and declare your order separately.
How can I pay?
You can pay via EFT, cash deposit, FNB eWallet, Standard Bank Unayo, or online via Credit/Debit Card.
Who places the order?
We typically prefer to place orders on behalf of our customers to ensure no issues occur, however, if required, we’re happy to provide customers with our warehouse address. 🙌🏾
Will I have to pay VAT?
If your order is from a non-VAT registered seller or if it costs less than E1200, you will be required to pay VAT.
What are your prices?
We charge based on a combination of value, size, and weight. Our prices will start as low as R150. We are only able to accurately quote you once we know what you want to order. The larger the items, the higher the price.
How big can my orders be?
Feel free to order an entire house for all we care!
What if I need to return my order?
We currently do not handle returns.
